This Policy sets out the types of personal information that Hallmark Professional Solutions CC (\u201cHPS\u201d), an authorised financial services provider (FSP 6850), may collect from you as well as how HPS processes and protects your Personal Information as required by the Protection of Personal Information Act (Act no. 4 of 2013) (\u201cPOPIA\u201d).<\/span><\/p>\n

          • Should you believe that any of your Personal Information held by HPS is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to request to view this information, rectify it or have it deleted (if allowed in law).
